you talk a lot of shit buddy. there's just no need. we get what we get and make the best of it. and yea thorpe and hasley are killing it, sweet, but what are you doing other than putting hate down on places and the people who surf there? step off your pedestal your not so high and mighty. there are plenty of good riders and spots in southern california despite your opinion.

I appreciate you making a new profile just so you could talk to me ;) ....
Open your eyes and look around you. If i was a oc or sd native, i'd be punking these kids, the new generation, that are given us a bad image. Theirs no loyalty around these parts. That probly has to do with growing up a spoiled spoonfed bitch. im not saying all oc and sd guys, but alot of you guys. shit, look whos running your industry. theirs alot of money, probly the most of any region in the us in your part. doesnt make sense, theirs not a thriving market, or ever been one before. probly due to shady people who have no soul. their are some crews though that are the exception. and of course im on a pedestal. i surf real reefs. you know, where you hike desolate 30 min trails. set camp. zigzag the channel with greatwhites for another 20. and make it out to offshore slabs where swells turn mutant. enjoy life, and move out of fabricated socal.

Socal needs another El Nino, until then i swear the waves are just getting progressively worse.
Trust me slab 38, every single bber kid from california wants to go to OZ. i'd give anything to surf straddie/goldie for 2 weeks, NSW for 2 weeks, and south oz for 2 weeks. Priorities get in the way, but some day it'll happen

lastly, when did i say anything about good riders. get your facts straight before you start barking sd poodle. no friends, roach, glaser all did it big and out of socal. you guys need to support the people that are putting socal on the map. why do you think roach wants nothing to do with you guys. All im trying to say is, SUPPORT YOUR PEOPLE. THEIR ARE SO MANY FUCKIN COMPANIES IN LITTLE SOCAL, SUPPORT THE ORIGINAL ONES AND THE ONES GIVING BACK TO THE SPORT. UNITE.

I've met numerous expat americans in sydney working as chefs at the various hotels or doing construction in Perth. I'd suggest booking your flight way before, so you can get it cheap. Go to any region where theirs a bbing community, and i guarantee they'll take care of you if your are a likeable loyal type. Live the dream. Explore the World. Experience different cultures. This will give you a whole new perspective on life.

I looked into getting a work visa when I was 19 to go to Australia. Seemed like it was pretty hard back then but don't know how it is these days. I have family from Adelaide to the Gold Coast and Taz. Definitely would love to see my family, surf great waves and meet new people. Oz is on my top list.

yeah i support my people thats why you pissing on sothern california erks me. would be stoked to travel but im a poor hill street nomad with no money. and the industry being shit in lower california isnt my problem. and i just made this screen name today out of the blue hadnt posted on here in a few years. reason being everyone likes to hate. part of why this industry sucks every just sits around and talks shit and asks for free shit from the boths at contests and then goes home and buys a volcom t shirt. and then bodyboard shops turn to surf shops and call themselves arsen surf

its just even harder for us to get a working visa to work in the u.s than it is for you guys.. just make sure you give ourself ample time.. apply for it long before your even ready to book your trip.. coz it takes a fuckload of time.. the only way for us to get one in the u.s is to get sponsored by a u.s company and they have to write a letter saying that there is no other u.s citizen that can do the task that they need you for.

yeah i support my people thats why you pissing on sothern california erks me. (when you surf real breaks you'll understand, thats why americans i've met anywhere will say the same thing. im not clowing on the people or culture. i was clowing on the kook longboarders and the fickle breaks kooks blow out of proportion, get it right)
and the industry being shit in lower california isnt my problem. (thats why your industry is fucked, people like you who dont give a fuck about people who are trying to do something for you guys and putting cali on the map, it should be your problem, because its your industry.)
and then bodyboard shops turn to surf shops and call themselves arsen (thats probly a financial situation, realize and dont hate.)

If you're being dead serious, I am more then down for this. I don't mind doing construction work, something I enjoy doing. What party, Sydney?

yes i am serious. my "gay" uncles own a construction company in south Sydney and i can get them to sponsor you. i will most likely be buying a fixer-uper appartment in cronulla as an investment on a partial government loan and be looking for a roommate to pay half then rent...
